Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads for real estate projects.
Explain project details, investment opportunities, and schedule client visits/meetings.
Maintain follow-up with clients to nurture interest and convert inquiries into site visits.
Update and manage client data records in CRM or Excel sheets.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handover and closure support.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or related fields.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages.
Ability to build good customer relations and handle objections confidently.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Goal-oriented with the ability to handle high call volumes.
